There are many types of dresses worn in India and every festival and occasion has a different dress. The attire of Maharashtra is mainly saree and dhoti for men while Punjabi dresses are famous for Punjabi state.
Additionally, western dresses are also worn in events like wedding ceremonies.
Major Festivals in India:
In the country of India, various festivals and enthusiasm are given a very important place. In the country of India, various festivals are celebrated throughout the year. Different festivals like Akshaya Tritiya, Vatsavitri Poornima, Rakshabandhan, Nag Panchami, Rang Panchami, Holi, Bullock Pola, Ganesh Chaturthi, Lakshmi Pujan, Diwali, Dussehra, Navratri, Bahu Beej, Ramzan Eid, and Bakri Eid are celebrated later. The significance of each festival is different. Citizens of every religion in India celebrate every festival with great enthusiasm and joy.

In India, it is considered a culture to respect parents. Along with that, gurus and teachers are given the status of God in India. Gurus are also respected here because parents and gurus are great men.
Therefore, respecting elders and obeying their orders is considered a major religion in India.
The culture of India was also followed by the gods. When Shri Ram Bhagwan completed 14 years of exile to fulfill his father’s promise. Similarly, there are many stories that you can read and feel proud of your culture.
Similarly in Mahabharata, when Guru Dronacharya asked Eklavya for his thumb as Guru Dakshina, Eklavya smilingly cut off his thumb and placed it at Guru Dronacharya’s feet.
